With our excellent knowledge within sports- and performance technology, we create solutions and products that are not yet out there, we create tracking systems, working with sensor technology, Artificial Intelligence and many things within sports, health and outdoor that might come our way.

180729 Sensors will tell me before I get an injury – wow, I can´t wait to hear their voices!

Goodmorning!
The helicopters have left the field outside my window for another day fighting wildfires. They are amazing!

So….check out the link below!
My favourite innovation is the sensor technology to prevent injuries. Sensors can be used for so many things, and our project scientists are constantly trying different kinds to create ground breaking new products.

The more I read about sensors, the more I understand that we will see many more injury detecting and preventing sensors – in all kinds of sports. These sensors will have two main functions:
1. Detect injury when it has occurred.
2. Monitor an athlete’s movements and warn them about an impeding injury.
I think that sounds pretty perfect!
Athletes can then seek early treatment or adjust their movements to prevent injury, but I also see this as a great help for people who exercise. I got the link below, if you want to read more about it.
